I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,607 for rent here. Household incomes average around $134,602 in Carmel. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much wild but now it's improving.
