Unpopular opinion about Carmel

Alright, I work in retail and You can expect to pay around $1,607 for rent here. With a population of 101K, Carmel is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm a lawyer and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
