Anyone else love living in Carmichael?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $541,500 on average. Household incomes average around $84,376 in Carmichael. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Italian places. I have mixed feelings honestly.
