Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 13,639 people. You can expect to pay around $1,178 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
