Carolina Forest is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,373 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Atlanta it's surprisingly good.

I work in manufacturing here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is challenging. Definitely worth checking out..
