Hey, Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,373 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Carolina Forest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
