I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $298,700 on average. The median home value here is around $298,700, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
