Healthcare options in Carolina Forest?

Rent is about $1,567/month for a decent place. Median household income is $70,647, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I work in real estate here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is improving. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Seattle about 4 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Affordable housing options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
