So, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $298,700 on average. Household incomes average around $70,647 in Carolina Forest. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Carolina Forest? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
