Hey everyone, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 6.3%, which is concerning. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
