OK so Poverty rate is 25.7%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 139K, Carolina zona urbana is a mid-size city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
