How much do you pay for rent in Carolina zona urbana?

Longtime lurker here, I work in retail and Poverty rate is 25.7%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider — Carolina zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. It's a a mid-size city city with about 139K people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
