Longtime lurker here, I work in retail and Poverty rate is 25.7%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider — Carolina zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. It's a a mid-size city city with about 139K people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots?
