Relocating to Carolina zona urbana, PR — pros and cons?

Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 6.3%, which is concerning. Rent is about $677/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
