Alright, I've been here for 18 years and Poverty rate is 25.7%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 80°F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
