Considering Carpendale vs Atlanta -help me decide

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $59,679, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in South area are solid. Kids love it here.
