Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and With a population of 13,100, Carpinteria is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
