Starting a business in Carrollton?

Curious what people think. I'm retired and It's a a mid-size city city with about 133K people. Median household income is $99,115, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $353,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
