Carrollwood job market vs Cincinnati

So, I'm single, late 50s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Carrollwood sits at 582.4 per 100K. Rent is about $1,512/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Westside for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- The housing market scene is average

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Feel free to reach out with questions..
