Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $76,723, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 35,645, Carrollwood is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,512/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
