How much do you pay for rent in Carrollwood?

Hey, Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
