Hello, I'm originally from Seattle and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 93,523 people. The median home value here is around $645,600, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
