Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Carson? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1914 for a 2BR/2BA which feels like a lot.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.
