Studio apartments in Carson City -options?

First post here. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,364 people. Median household income is $71,809, which feels about average for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Nice parks and trails
- Growing food scene
- Easy commute
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Poor road conditions
- Homelessness issues downtown
Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in Eastside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The community vibe scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.
