First post here. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $370,200, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 8.1%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
