Moving to Cartersville for work -advice?
Hey, I'm single, late 50s, and It's a a small town city with about 23,617 people. Homes are going for about $298,000 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
