Alright, Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 23,617 people. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
