Relocating to Cartersville, GA -pros and cons?

Random thought, I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $78,640 in Cartersville. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 23,617 people. Rent is about $1,194/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
