Remote worker thinking about Carthage

I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $62,177 in Carthage. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Indian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
