Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $118,700, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 25.7%, which is higher than I expected. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.
