Worst things about Caruthersville nobody talks about

We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 5,426 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Strong job market in several industries
- The food scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
