Living in Cary -the reality

I've been here for 9 years and Homes are going for about $287,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,456 for rent here. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 17,875, Cary is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
