Curious what people think. My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $109,790 in Cary. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
