Co-working spaces in Cary?
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $129,399, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider — Cary sits at 66.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $525,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
