Best coffee shops in Casa de Oro-Mount Helix?

Alright, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Boston about 15 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Active local events and festivals
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are stable, gas is solid.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'm a marketing manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is average and there's always something going on.
