Most overrated things about Casa Grande

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Casa Grande sits at 469.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $258,200, which seems about average. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
