Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,770 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
