OK so Just moved here 16 months ago and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,770 people. With a population of 70,770, Casas Adobes is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
