Day-to-day life in Casas Adobes, AZ

OK so Just moved here 16 months ago and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,770 people. With a population of 70,770, Casas Adobes is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Good luck with whatever you decide..
