Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 12,489 people. Rent is about $2,552/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $617,100 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
