First post here. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $2,552/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
