Is Casper getting better or worse?

First post here. Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $69,171 in Casper. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much developing but now it's challenging.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
