Hello, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $964 for rent here. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
