Housing market in Casselberry right now

Random thought, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,524/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $57,816, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to San Diego it's underrated.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is challenging in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Miami it's hit or miss.
