Castalia is underrated, change my mind

I'm a 31-year-old real estate agent and With a population of 1,348, Castalia is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Definitely worth checking out..
