Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $60,250 in Castanea. Homes are going for about $123,400 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
