I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
