Cheapest neighborhoods in Castle Rock?

Just moved here 2 months ago and Homes are going for about $621,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
