Is Castle Rock worth moving to in 2026?

OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Castle Rock? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Seattle it's better than expected.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much affordable but now it's surprisingly good.
