Raising a family in Castle Rock -thoughts?
Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $143,031 in Castle Rock. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.
