Studio apartments in Castle Shannon -options?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much competitive but now it's surprisingly good.
