Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,184/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 3,027 people. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $76,524, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. TIA!
